These terms govern the sales of handmade micro macramé jewelry offered by Boho Créations, a craft business located in Sorel-Tracy, QC.

Products

Each piece of jewelry is carefully handmade. The photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur due to the artisanal nature.

Price

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars, all taxes included (including GST). The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be billed according to the rate in effect at the time of the order.

Taxes
All displayed prices are in Canadian dollars. For now, no sales tax (GST/QST) is applied. This policy is subject to change depending on the company's tax status.

Order
The order is confirmed once the payment has been made. The customer receives a confirmation by email. The seller reserves the right to cancel an order in case of payment issues or previous disputes.

Payment

Payments are secure and can be made by credit card or other methods offered on the site.

Delivery

Shipping costs and times vary depending on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

Preparation: 1 to 3 business days
Delivery to Quebec: 3 to 5 business days
Delivery to Canada: 3 to 7 business days (depending on the destination)
Tracking: Tracking number provided upon shipment
Free delivery: Available in Canada for orders over $100 or locally (Sorel-Tracy) for orders over $75

The seller is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Shipping is currently available only in Canada.

Delivery Methods Offered

We ship our jewelry via several carriers (Purolator, ICS Courier, Canada Post, GLS, etc.) depending on the location.

Lost or Damaged Package

If your package is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, depending on the case, offer a replacement or a refund. Photos of the package and the damaged product may be requested to support the claim.

Returns and Refunds

All jewelry offered on Boho Créations is handmade, sometimes made to order or customized. Due to their artisanal nature, all sales are considered final. No returns or refunds will be accepted, except in the case of a proven product defect. This policy is clearly displayed and agreed to by the customer at the time of purchase.

Warranties

Jewelry is guaranteed against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse.If a piece of jewelry has a proven defect (excluding normal wear or misuse), the customer may request an exchange or a refund within 7 days after receipt.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear due to the use of the jewelry
Damage caused by water, chemicals, impact, or improper handling
Customized or altered jewelry after purchase

Procedure

In case of a problem, the customer must contact customer service at infosbohocreations[at]gmail[dot]com with a photo of the jewelry and a description of the defect. If the warranty applies, an exchange or a refund will be offered, depending on the case.

Intellectual Property

All models, photos, and texts on the site are the property of Boho Créations and may not be reproduced without permission.

Personal data
The collected data is used solely for order processing. It is never resold. The customer can request its deletion at any time.
